At LESTRANGE, we design our modular wardrobe for longevity and comfort, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a 28-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags intact to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached, and include the completed packing slip inside the parcel.
Ship the Parcel
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
